1. General

By using this website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Custom Orders

  • Design Proofs: For all custom-engraved items, we may provide a digital design proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve this proof, checking for any errors in spelling, grammar, dates, and design elements. Once you approve the proof, we are not liable for any errors found on the final product.

  • Approval: Your approval of a design proof is considered final and binding. Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or a cancellation of the order at our discretion.

  • No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

 

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. We do not store or have access to your credit card information at any point. All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice. All payment must be received before your item will be scheduled for engraving. Late fees will be added to invoices 7 days past due.

5. Intellectual Property & Customer Supplied Materials

  • Designs: All designs, images, and content on this website are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

  • Customer-Submitted Content: By submitting a design, image, or text for engraving, you guarantee that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your submitted content.

We understand that you may wish to provide your own materials for a custom engraving project. We request a small test piece of all materials if possible. By supplying your own materials, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Risk of Damage: You assume all risk of damage to the material during the engraving process. While we take every precaution to ensure the best possible outcome, certain materials may react unpredictably to the laser or router. We are not responsible for any damage, imperfections, or undesirable results that may occur.

  • Material Suitability: It is your responsibility to ensure the material you provide is suitable for the engraving process (Free of oils or finishes etc.). We reserve the right to refuse to work on any material we deem unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to produce poor results.

  • No Replacements: In the event that your material is damaged, we will not replace or reimburse the cost of the material.

  • Testing: If you are unsure about a material's suitability, we may perform a small test engraving on a sample piece, if available, at our discretion.

  • By providing your own materials, you release us from all liability for any damage to the items during the engraving or handling process.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising out of or connected with the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnestoa.
