Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-engraved items.

We encourage you to double-check all spelling, dates, and design proofs before finalizing your order. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Orders cancelled after the 24-hour time frame will be refunded minus the cost of materials ordered & design work completed.
